Garden tip
Start forcing your rhubarb now. Remove any plant debris or weeds from around the rhubarb and then place a plastic bin or a traditional forcing pot over the top of the crowns, and plug any holes to exclude light. Once the stems get reach 8-12in (20-30cm) you can harvest them.
It may be cold outside - but there's no shortage of things to do in the garden - and if you're looking for some inspiration, come and see us soon! Seed Potatoes, Onion sets and plenty of other veg, as well as the baby plants coming in soon, it's a great time to start planning the garden for the year ahead!
