Welcome to Springmount Garden Centre online. Springmount is a family-run business just outside Gorey, Co Wexford, which has been here for over 30 years. Springmount is renowned for its large range of plants and knowledgeable staff.

2009 - A Good Year ...

In February 2009, Springmount Garden Centre was awarded 4 stars by An Bord Bia.  At the same time, Minister of State at the Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Mr Trevor Sargant TD, also presented Springmount with Best Specialist Centre 2008/2009.  This coveted award is granted to only one garden centre in Ireland and underlines Springmount’s commitment to offer a wide range of unusual trees and plants throughout the calendar year.

At the end of June, Springmount held it’s first, and very successful, Garden Festival. This two day event was a celebration of gardening, rural living and traditional crafts. Garden Talks and Q & A sessions were hosted by Dermot O’Neill and a team of other experts. Darina Allen with Good Food Ireland provided food and demonstrations throughout the weekend. The event was featured on Nationwide on RTE 1.
